It has been an honor for me to serve the citizens of Douglas County as their District Attorney.  I am humbled that they have placed their confidence in me and it is my goal to see to it that we do not let them down.

The most important part of my job is to serve victims of crime.  It is my hope that this office helps victims understand the criminal justice process, we prosecute their cases fully, we show no fear in pursuing criminals, and we are fearless in the pursuit of justice.

My staff and I are here to serve the citizens of Douglas County in the most effective way.  We prosecute almost 2,000 felony cases every year and while our job is to prosecute criminal defendants, our goal is to keep the Douglas County Community safe.
